This category is for those who are coming to the United Kingdom under contract to provide a service covered under international law, including:

• Similar agreements between the United Kingdom or European Union and another country or other countries.
One of the requirements of Tier 5 (Temporary Worker) category is that those coming to the United Kingdom must be able to support themselves for the entire duration of their stay in the United Kingdom without the use of public funds (benefits provided by the state). Anyone who is unable to support themselves could face financial hardship because they will not have access to most state benefits.
